By checking this box, I (parent/guardian) give permission for my child to travel with the  Yukon Run For Life – Dandelion Girls Running Group to Canmore, Alberta to participate in the Sweater Weather Run on October 2nd to the 5th 2026

I understand that participation in this trip includes travel and running activities that carry inherent risks, including injury, illness, weather conditions, and transportation-related risks. I confirm that my child is physically able to participate.

I authorize supervising coaches and leaders to obtain medical care for my child in the event of an emergency, and I agree to be responsible for any associated medical costs.

I understand that participants are expected to follow all group rules, instructions, and safety expectations, and that failure to do so may result in removal from activities at my expense.

I acknowledge that transportation and accommodations will be organized by the group and that reasonable supervision will be provided.

I hereby waive and release Yukon Run For Life – Dandelion Girls Running Group, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this trip.

I grant permission for my child to be photographed and/or recorded during this trip and event, and for these images/videos to be used by Yukon Run For Life – Dandelion Girls Running Group for promotional, social media, and program-related purposes without compensation. If I do not consent to this, I will notify organizers in writing.
