- 10 am for the 5km race
- 10:45am for the 2km race
- 11:15 am for awards ceremony
- 11:30 am 4 x 1km relay
- BIB PICK UP: Friday, August 28, 3-7pm @ MUN Fieldhouse at the seating area next to the indoor track OR Saturday, August 29, 9-9:45 am @ the race venue
