Sprint & Relay Workshop | May 9
Hosted by PACE Athletics, this 2-hour, coach-led clinic is designed to help athletes ages 13 and older, of all experience levels, prepare for the upcoming track season.
Participants will work with experienced coaches and athletes to learn and practice sprint fundamentals, relay exchanges, and race preparation skills in a supportive, hands-on setting.
Whether you’re new to track or building confidence for competition, this workshop is a great way to train smart and get season-ready.
