Join us for the second installment of the Project Athletics Throws Series! This is a World Athletics Sanctioned Meet hosted at Humberview Secondary School.

Start Time: 11:00 AM (Rolling Schedule)
Competition Schedule
We follow a rolling start. Please ensure you are ready to compete as the preceding event concludes:
Hammer
Discus
Shot Put & Javelin (Contested simultaneously)
Note on Gender Splits: Men and women will compete together unless total entries for an event exceed 14. If a split occurs, start times for those groups may be moved earlier.
Athlete Requirements
Implements: All athletes must provide their own implements.
Weigh-in: Official weigh-in will be held 20 minutes prior to the start of the competition.
