WHAT TO EXPECT
Saturday Clinics
Two-Hand Backhand Clinic — Are you looking for more stability, consistency, and confidence on your backhand shots? Whether you’re learning it for the first time or refining your technique, this clinic will help you build a stronger, more dependable stroke you can trust in any situation.
You’ll learn how to set up, use both hands to generate control and effortless power, and develop a repeatable swing that holds up under pressure. Through clear coaching cues, focused drills, and game-based application, you’ll leave with the tools and knowledge to unleash the potential of your backhand!
Transition Clinic — Do you find yourself getting stuck between the baseline and the kitchen, unsure whether to move forward or stay back? The transition zone is one of the most important—and most overlooked—areas of the court, and mastering it is key to leveling up your game.
This clinic focuses on building confidence and control as you move through the transition zone. You’ll learn when and how to advance, how to hit effective drops and resets under pressure, and how to turn defensive situations into neutral or offensive opportunities. Let us help you develop the awareness and skills needed to move forward with purpose and take control of the point.
Specialized Skill Baseline Choices - To Drive, Drop, Or Hybrid — The ability to choose the right option from the baseline is crucial for your chances of getting to the kitchen. Knowing when you should drop, drive, or hit a hybrid can make or break your transition.
In this clinic, you’ll learn how to recognize opportunities and make smart, high-percentage decisions from the baseline. We’ll break down when to hit a drop, when to drive, and how to blend the two with hybrid shots to keep you safe, advancing to the kitchen, and putting you in an offensive position.
Kitchen Play Clinic — You finally made it to the kitchen line and now you’re only thought is to not pop it up or you end up panic-attacking the first ball that comes your way – does this sound familiar? In this clinic we’ll get you comfortable with knowing the difference between offensive and defensive dinking, when to add pressure, attack, or reset the point.
You’ll work on dinking with purpose, controlling pace and placement, and recognizing when to stay patient versus when to attack. Learn how to turn the kitchen line into a position of strength and start winning more points at the net.
Sunday Clinics
Road to 3.5 (Advanced) Essentials Clinic — This 3-hour intensive clinic is built for players working toward a 3.5 rating who are serious about improving the skills that matter most.
This focused workshop targets the key elements evaluators look for at the 3.5 level: reliable serve and return, controlled third shot drops/drives, 4th shot pressure and midcourt resets, and improved consistency. You’ll focus on the whys of each shot and how to maintain a rally with purpose. Through high-repetition drills, clear performance benchmarks, and coached play, you’ll gain a better understanding of what it takes to reach and thrive at a 3.5 level.
Road to 4.0 - Essentials Clinic — Are you pushing toward a 4.0 rating and want to know what it takes to be successful at higher levels? This 3-hour high-intensity clinic is designed as a focused workshop for players committed to reaching the 4.0 level.
We’ll dive into the essential skills required at this rating: consistent and well-placed serves and returns, confident third-shot drops and drives, effective transition play, and the ability to reset under pressure. Emphasis is placed on shot selection, point construction, pace variation, and controlling play at the kitchen line. Expect demanding drills, situational play, and precise coaching feedback to help you execute with consistency, intention, and confidence at a 4.0 standard.
Skill Development: 4th Shot Choices (Roll Volleys, Counters, Blocks)
4th Shot Options Clinic — Skill Development: 4th Shot Choices (Roll Volleys, Counters, Blocks). Are you letting your opponents get to the kitchen too easily? Are you still trying to keep the other team back even when they are hitting good shots?
This focused clinic is designed to sharpen your decision-making and execution on the 4th shot. You’ll learn when to attack and keep opponents back, when to counter or block effectively, and when it’s smarter to concede the kitchen and start a dinking rally. We’ll break down how to read incoming shots, recognize opportunities, and apply pressure with purpose.
Coached Play with Kaytlynn — Do you struggle to transfer what you’ve learned in drills into real match play? Coached play bridges the gap between practice and performance, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills in live games with immediate, actionable feedback.
In this session, you’ll play structured points while receiving on-court coaching, adjustments, and strategic guidance in real time. Instead of guessing what went wrong—or right—you’ll gain clarity on shot selection, positioning, and decision-making as it happens.
This clinic is one of the most effective ways to improve because it combines repetition, pressure, and feedback all at once. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your tendencies, stronger in-game awareness, and the confidence to execute the right plays when it matters most.
4 on 1 Private Lessons — Bring us specific topics that you’d like to improve on and let us help you take that skill to the next level! Privates can be great ways to fix bad habits and learn technique and timing that can put you back on track with your improvement! Get those questions answered that you’ve been pondering and get some one-on-one time with a coach who wants to see you succeed!
