The NCCP Sport Coach course is an introduction to Track & Field that teaches the basic skills of all events as well as how to plan a practice and a month of training. It is ideal for the generalist coach that may be coaching introductory-intermediate level athletes in a multiple event context; often in a school or club level.
This is a 1.5 day course and covers.
